As the episode opens, Monisha gets a call from Deepika. She asks her not to tell RV so she can surprise him. Poorvi asks Khushi why you are so shocked. Poorvi comes to her and asks why you have been hiding from me. Khushi asks did you hear something? Poorvi tells Khushi that she believes you will never hurt me. Khushi says she is sorry, but I was afraid to tell you the truth.
Poorvi inquires, “What happened?” Khushi, remembering RV’s threat, confesses that she was afraid of facing defamation. Poorvi asked her when she became fearful of what the neighbours might think. She further mentions how Khushi had requested RV to come and take her, wondering why. Khushi, realizing her mistake, apologizes to Poorvi. Poorvi then speculates that Khushi might have taken such actions for Diya’s marriage alliance, implying that it was justified in that context.
Diya visits Poorvi, who invites her to join them. Vishaka presents shagun clothes and sweets, which Poorvi accepts. Prachi invites RV to stay for dinner while Ashok encourages him to eat. Manpreet inquires if he is comfortable with the plan, to which RV responds that he has a meeting but will accompany Poorvi home first. Vishaka reminds him that the meeting can be rescheduled, but pagphera only happens once. Diya agrees and suggests staying with Poorvi until then. Khushi, however, insists that RV attend to his essential business matters.
RV responds affirmatively, but he does not want to cause any harm to them. He suggests having dinner together, which brings joy to everyone. Poorvi informs Prachi that she will handle the cup. When RV enters the room, he mentions how he expected a grateful response from Poorvi. He acknowledges that he knows what transpired and believes anyone else in her situation would have thanked him. Poorvi brings up Monisha’s name and states that he should have come earlier if he had planned to visit. Recalling Soham’s mother’s words, RV asks if he should reveal why he hesitated to come. He then points out that while Poorvi may know him well, the same cannot be said for him as she remains unaware of his true nature. Poorvi admits to herself that she indeed lacks knowledge about RV’s character.
Ashok tells Manpreet how much the neighbours taunted them. Divya says they gave us a request to leave. Ashok says that he sometimes feels that we should not stay here. Poorvi arrives. The family members ask RV what food he would like. RV says anything, but don’t put stones in the sweets. Some people put stones in the halwa, according to him. Divya says dust particles will appear on carrots if not washed properly.
Prachi inquires about Poorvi’s first-time cooking experience, to which Poorvi responds that she did her best but encountered some dust particles. Khushi defends her, stating that no one should scold her. She suggests that the carrots may have been washed well, but the utensils had dust particles. RV joins the conversation and asks if Khushi knows how to cook. Khushi confidently replies that she doesn’t need to since she is married to a wealthy person – something she constantly desires and now takes pride in. RV then holds Poorvi’s hand and leads her to another room, causing everyone else to become concerned. Poorvi questions why he mentioned the halwa, leading to an argument between them. Suddenly, Diya arrives and calls out their names.
Then Monisha tells Deepika she wants to marry RV next week. When Deepika sees RV-Poorvi marrying so early, she asks why the marriage mahurat was delayed for 3 months. She says she will hire another Pandit. Deepika declares that she doesn’t believe in pandits and kundalis. Monisha agrees.
She tells her that she did not tell anyone at home about this and that when she presented their kundalis to the Pandit ji, he told her that all their qualities matched and that they would remain together until the seventh birth. The Pandit seems a fraud, and she won’t believe his prediction. Monisha agrees. Diya says Jiju can’t miss this opportunity. RV says he has no other choice.
