Kumkum Bhagya 24th September 2024 Written Update begins with the celebration in full swing as the women invite family members to dance. Dadu starts, followed by Dadi and then Harman. While Harleen stays aloof, Jaswant, Vaishali, Deepika, Yug, and Diya join in with cheerful moves. Even Monisha reluctantly dances a little when prompted. RV, however, only claps and avoids participating. The woman leading the dance calls on the bride, Neha, who performs happily and asks her to sing for her and RV. As she dances with RV forcibly, she then cheekily requests a song for the “groom’s old wife,” prompting a visibly emotional Poorvi to leave the scene.

Neha proudly declares that the house now looks like a wedding home and steps away to retouch her makeup. She heads into RV and Poorvi’s room, claiming it will soon be hers. Poorvi calmly replies that it will be, once she marries RV. Neha mocks the situation and questions Poorvi’s sincerity about the marriage. She claims the law supports her and insists that love isn’t necessary to get married. She points out that just as Poorvi knows she has a boyfriend, she knows Poorvi is in her future husband’s room. According to Neha, once she marries RV, the past must be left behind—and that includes Poorvi.

Neha warns Poorvi not to expect access to RV after the wedding. “You won’t be allowed to even talk to him,” she says coldly, stating she is not Poorvi and will not tolerate emotional ties. Poorvi leaves the room in silence, while Neha smiles confidently.

Elsewhere, Vaishali scolds Yug for being close to Diya, reminding him that Diya is already engaged. Yug defends Diya, saying she’s the kind of girl he would willingly marry. Vaishali is stunned and tells Deepika, who reacts with exaggerated shock. Both women speak harshly about Diya, calling her shameless for spending time with Yug despite being engaged to Soham. Vaishali accuses her of being attracted only to money. Diya overhears the conversation, heartbroken. Yug tries to defend her, but Deepika uses the moment to further poison Vaishali’s mind.

Back in the celebration area, Neha tells Monisha to stick by her side, saying she feels insulted standing alone. Monisha refuses, but Neha brags that Sahil is present, disguised as a dancer. Just then, RV enters with Poorvi and demands that the music stop.

Neha acts innocent and tries to make it seem like RV is angry with Poorvi. She credits Poorvi for suggesting this marriage and claims Poorvi brought light and hope into her life. RV interrupts and firmly states that no one—no one—can stop him from talking to Poorvi, not even after marriage. He adds that even the law cannot prevent him from keeping Poorvi in his life, as there is nothing illegal about friendship.

When Neha accuses him of targeting her, RV calmly says he hasn’t taken any names. He explains that some people misuse the law for selfish reasons and states clearly that Poorvi is special and holds a unique place in his heart. He tells Neha she’ll never understand this unless she has the kind of heart that values genuine relationships. He then openly asks Neha if she has a problem with him staying friends with Poorvi after their marriage. Poorvi is deeply moved by RV’s words.
