The tattoo artist pushes Sumeet and runs away when she talks about getting a tattoo quickly. As Shlok explains, Sumeet is determined to prove something about their marriage, but he doesn’t know what. He accidentally drops the marriage album and notices a picture of the groom’s feet. Assuming the tattoo artist took money to keep quiet, Sumeet confronts him.
In a childhood incident, Raunak hurt his feet, leaving a mark on a photo. However, in the photo, there is no such mark. Shlok decides to ask Raunak about it, feeling like their marriage has turned into a joke.
When Sumeet traps the tattoo artist in a net, she scares him into admitting that he made the tattoo in a hurry on a Saturday, and that the person was wearing a sherwani. She asks him to confess to her family with her.
Shlok confronts Raunak about the mark on his feet, but he denies it, leading to an argument. Abhay steps in and Shlok persistently requests to see the mark. To his surprise, Raunak’s feet show no signs of a mark. Shagun then reveals that Raunak underwent a cosmetic procedure to remove the mark and strategically manipulates Shlok into doubting Sumeet and his family. She claims it was all for revenge. Shlok feels remorseful for not trusting Sumeet and offers an apology before leaving. Once alone, Raunak removes the disguise, revealing the mark still exists, and he smirks triumphantly.
Sumeet brings the tattoo artist to Shlok’s family and discloses the truth about the mark on his hand. Despite this, Poonam fiercely rejects him and strikes Sumeet, producing her pregnancy reports as evidence. Sumeet refutes the accusation, and Bitti exposes the source of the report as Sumeet’s blood sample, accusing her of deceit. Agitated, Sumeet stands her ground and asserts that her character should not be questioned by anyone. Poonam decides to expel Sumeet from the house, and she departs. Pankhuri reaches out to Raj to update him on the situation.
Shagun advises Raunak to make the most of the situation as everyone doubts Sumeet’s character. Shlok gets angry with his mother for doubting Sumeet. He tears up the pregnancy reports, stating that he will never believe anything against Sumeet’s character. Raj arrives and begins beating Shlok. The hospital informs Raunak that Sumeet has attempted suicide and is in critical condition. Sumeet lies unconscious in the hospital.
