The episode begins with Prerna grabbing her bag and announcing her decision to stay in a hotel. Suman intervenes and insists that Prerna stay in her room instead. Krish assures Prerna that he won’t bother her. Meanwhile, Shivank brings Gautam home, who is visibly drunk. Suman scolds Gautam, and Shivank questions what’s going on and if Gautam is okay. Frightened, the children hide. Gautam breaks down and confesses that he is punishing himself for not appreciating Dhara enough. He admits to doubting her and questioning her about money, despite her selfless sacrifices for the family.
Gautam feels disgusted with himself, calling himself the most despicable person in the world. Shivank agrees and expresses his desire for Dhara to have given him the money instead, as he would have returned it without hesitation. Gautam explains how the family always blames Dhara and insults her whenever she makes a mistake. He reveals his attempts to wake her up and reconcile, but she didn’t respond. Shiva offers to take Gautam to his room, but Gautam refuses, opting to leave instead. Suman remarks that Gautam is using this as an excuse to drink.
Shiva forcefully throws Shivank out of the house, while Gautam returns with Dhara’s lifeless body in his arms, causing shock and grief among everyone. Suman pleads for Dhara to wake up, but to no avail. Gautam declares that he will go wherever Dhara goes, and then he clutches his chest and collapses, dying on the spot. The family is distraught and mourns his loss. Suman wakes up from the nightmare, deeply worried.
In the morning, Rishita shows Dev Natasha’s diet chart, and Shweta assures them that she has prepared breakfast for Natasha. Dev receives a phone call from the nurse at the hospital, informing him that Dhara is ready to be discharged, and he shares the good news with everyone. Suman smiles amidst the joyous moment. The nurse mentions that the doctor will provide a diet chart for Dhara. Dhara asks if anyone came to pick her up, and the nurse confirms that they were informed and should be on their way.
Dhara then asks if anyone stayed with her during her time at the hospital, to which the nurse replies that a man visited her yesterday. Dhara breaks down in tears, expressing her disappointment that nobody called to inquire about her. Krish suggests they bring Gautam along to welcome Dhara back home, but Shiva informs them that Gautam is neither at the shop nor at home. Krish receives a message and reveals that he has made the hospital payment, preparing for Dhara’s homecoming.
Meanwhile, Gautam walks drunkenly on the road and gets into an argument with someone. Unfortunately, he gets hit by a truck. Krish, who is searching for Gautam, notices the commotion and approaches to investigate. He inquires about the incident and is informed that a drunk man was hit by a truck while trying to save someone. Krish asks about the man’s identity, and he is directed to the man’s belongings. To his shock, Krish discovers Gautam’s watch among the belongings.
Rishita suggests they bring Dhara home while Krish continues searching for Gautam. Shivank decides to head to the hospital to express his love for Dhara. Dev calls Krish and instructs him to take Gautam to the hospital. Krish delivers the heartbreaking news that Gautam has been in an accident and was hit by a truck. Dev is shocked and drops the phone. Suman demands to know what happened, and Dev sorrowfully reveals that Gautam met with an accident. The entire family is left in disbelief and grief.
