Indu asks Krish and Payal to leave for Delhi today alone. Krish nods. Payal thinks the old lady wants me to leave this haveli for a flat, so I can’t leave without taking the share of the property. Indu asks why we can’t extend the court date, and Payal says she doesn’t want to go. Indu says Bindiya can extend the court date, so why can’t we?
We cannot risk our baby, so Krish says that Bindiya should have our room, but we won’t stay here. Bindiya sits down to pick up the broken glass piece. Baldev says Payal conspires so much. Bindiya says Payal is so greedy and won’t go from here on. Payal calls the nurse/Doctor, and she asks for a report that states she is unfit to travel.
A doctor at the same hospital refers to Tulsi as Bindiya Shukla when she arrives for a check-up. When someone appears as Bindiya Shukla, the duty doctor thinks of Payal’s words and takes the video, in which Tulsi’s face is seen. Tulsi is accompanied by Dadi, Sarpanch and Master Ji’s wives. When Dadi calls Bindiya, she informs her that the doctor has told her everything is fine and that this is due to her recommendation to get treated here.
The woman says you gave Tulsi your identity. Bindiya asks her not to say it. Sarpanch’s wife says nobody is here. They leave. Indu gives the money to Payal. Payal is pleased and thinks she won’t refuse the money. The duty doctor sends the video to Payal and asks her to prepare 50000 rupees. In exchange for 1 lakh rupees, Payal says that her work will be doubled.
Indu becomes emotional as Krish and Payal prepare to depart. She urges Payal to care for herself, and Krish assures her he will do so. Vikram is delighted and suggests throwing a party, but Sakshi reminds him they cannot celebrate until the flight takes off. Meanwhile, Payal sends a message to Bindiya asking to meet up. Bindiya arrives, and Payal shows her a video, explaining that she could have exposed it to everyone but chose not to. Bindiya questions her about the lie, but Payal confidently asserts that her lie is stronger than the truth and she cannot be caught like Bindiya can be. She warns Bindiya to leave the house if she does not want Krish’s hatred. However, Bindiya insists that she will not go.
In response, Payal says I will show this video to everyone. Bindiya thinks I will show everyone your true face. Payal and Bindiya leave the room. Krish watches the video. Payal turns Bindiya and tells her it is time to wipe off the proofs. Holding her hands, she shouts as though Bindiya is pushing her down the stairs. Bindiya falls herself and screams in pain.
Krish, Indu, and others are shocked. Krish asks her to open her eyes. Bindiya stands shocked. Baldev looks at Bindiya. Krish takes Payal to the hospital. Sakshi sees the video and is stunned. Vikram and Baldev see the video as well. Vikram tells Sakshi they’ll go to the hospital and deal with Biniya.
Payal’s doctor, whom she paid, is present to attend to her. Indu embraces Krish while crying. Bindiya pleads to Ambe Maa, questioning why she is constantly punished while Payal’s deceit triumphs. She laments to Krishna that he looks at her with contempt. Baldev arrives, and Bindiya accuses Payal of cleverly framing her by deliberately falling and capturing her pregnancy truth on video. She adds that Payal even spiked her milk with babul leaves. Baldev regrets not exposing her earlier.
For Payal to avoid miscarriage, she laughs loudly. The doctor gives her blood and asks her to keep working hard. Payal starts shouting and screaming as if she is in pain as she pours the video on the bed. Vikram and Sakshi arrive. Sakshi consoles Indu. Krish says he can’t bear Bindiya anymore; otherwise, she will destroy everything. Vikram tells Krish he saw the video, and they can’t believe she will be so clever. Krish can’t bear Bindiya anymore; otherwise, she will ruin everything.
