Akeer and Sahiba reached the hotel and hoped they wouldn’t see Angad again. Akeer points at the car’s arrogant owner, which she asks Akeer about. Sahiba says he shouldn’t misbehave with elders and asks Akeer to apologize to Aunty. Akeer apologizes. When Manveer turns with Jasleen, he sees Sahiba. Akeer asks Sahiba if she knows this aunty and runs away.
Jasleen asks Sahiba what she is doing here. Manveer shouts at Sahiba if she is behind Angad, warning her not to return to Angad’s life and reminding her that Angad threw her out of his life many years ago. Sahiba says she will never forget, and her son is here in her village. He asks her to take him and tell him not to come near her again. She stays with her family and doesn’t want Angad to disturb her.
Sahiba warns Angad not to disrespect his mother, not to speak rudely to her, and not to visit her village. Manveer asks Angad if he has met Sahiba before. Akeer asks Angad if this aunty is his mother. Angad responds yes. Akeer informs his mother that this aunty is the mother of his friend.
Jasleen asks Angad if he came here for this. Angad says no, he came here for another reason. Manveer warns Akeer to stay away from her son. Akeer folds his hands and asks why he shouldn’t. Angad performed a similar act as a child. Jasleen asks Akeer his age. Akeer says he is five years old. Sahiba picks Akeer up from there, and Akeer asks Angad to tell his mother they are friends.
After meeting his secret friend/masked person, Akeer receives a balloon and says he hasn’t told anyone about him. Sahiba asks Akeer who he was talking to. Akeer responds that his secret friend is very smart and intelligent. Sahiba wonders if Jasleen is that secret friend. He asks Akeer why he can’t introduce him to his friend if his friend is this smart. After some time passes, Sahiba informs his family about Akeer’s secret friend.
Diljeet says it is Akeer’s imagination. Biji says even Diljeet had three imaginative friends as a kid and used to talk to dolls as though they were real. Sahiba hopes they’re right. Diljeet says his son is taking on his traits. Biji says a son will naturally inherit his father’s characteristics. Sahiba hopes there won’t be a secret friend in reality.
Angad recalls Akeer and Sahiba’s warnings to stay away from him. Amu walks up to him and asks what happened. Angad says the past comes back to haunt them. Amu asks what he means. Amu says Angad feels pain because he feels attracted to something that doesn’t belong to him. To calm him down, Amu hugs him and says he can share his sorrows with his friend.
Jasleen and Manveer notice that from a distance. Amu asks if Angad is fine now. Amu says yes. Amu says, “Let’s walk in a garden together.” Manveer tells Jasleen that she feels peaceful seeing them together happy, and Angad forgets the pain caused by Sahiba. A few days after breaking up with Angad, she yells at Sahiba for moving on shamelessly.
Sahiba’s son behaves like Angad and is the same age as when he leaves Sahiba, so Jasleen asks if she does not see the shadow of Angad in him. Manveer says Angad’s mother had a miscarriage, and Jasleen says even then. Manveer says she does not want Sahiba back in her life and wants him and Amu to move on. They will leave this place as soon as possible.
When Garry hears them, he asks if they can stay here for a while because he promised Bani he would show her pind mela. He says never. Jasleen says Amu also wants to spend more time here and looks happy, but the way Sahiba spoke, she doesn’t think Sahiba wants to return to Angad’s life. Manveer says she wants to see Angad and Amu happy.
Diljeet says his Sirji knows to break things. Sahiba paints the newly constructed Gurudwara wall the following day. Sahiba says the wall is much stronger than before. When Akeer spots his secret friend calling him with balloons, he walks to him/her excitedly. Sahiba searches for him. Akeer plays hide and seek with his secret friend. Sahiba catches him and asks who he is talking to.
Sahiba spoilt the game when Akeer and his secret friend were playing hide-and-seek. Sahiba asks Akeer who his secret friend is. Akeer says he will not, as she scolded Angad and will scold even his secret friend. Sahiba says she won’t. Akeer disagrees. Sahiba spots footprints. Diljeet returns, and Sahiba says these footprints are not Akeer’s secret friends.
Akeer says someone must have stepped on raw cement; it’s just Akeer’s imagination, and he asks Akeer to tell his mother about it. Sahiba notices Manveer wearing shoes and thinks Manveer is a secret friend and knows everything. Manveer thanks Jasleen for recommending the boots because they are very comfortable. Jasleen smiles at Akeer. Sahiba wonders if Jasleen knows Akeer secretly.
