Abhira explains that if Kiara learned Manisha was responsible for her suffering, it would emotionally shatter her. Armaan feels deeply hurt that Abhira took all the blame on herself despite doing so much for the family. He believes Manisha has forgotten Abhira’s sacrifices and instead made her the target of her anger.

Abhira insists that this is not the time to assign blame and urges Armaan to pray for Kiara’s recovery. Armaan quietly observes that Abhir seems to be praying only for Kiara.

At the hospital, Abhir grows extremely anxious when Kiara does not regain consciousness. When a nurse asks for an injection, Abhir rushes to get it himself, panicking that something terrible might happen. Abhira steps in and consoles him. Armaan asks the family members to take some rest. Vidya tries to calm Manisha and Manoj, while Manoj is overwhelmed with guilt for hurting his daughter. Manisha remains frozen in shock.

Abhira notices slight movement in Kiara’s fingers, giving everyone a flicker of hope. However, the nurse soon informs the Poddars that Kiara is being shifted to the critical care unit. Breaking down, Abhira reveals the devastating truth that Kiara has slipped into a coma and the doctors cannot say when she will regain consciousness. She explains that the emotional trauma led to this condition. Manoj begs the doctor to begin treatment immediately. Abhir is shattered and insists on staying by Kiara’s side. When Manisha asks about the baby, Abhira quietly reveals that the baby did not survive, leaving the entire family heartbroken.

Manisha directs her anger toward Abhir and blames him for Kiara’s condition. She orders him to stay away from her daughter. Abhir pleads with Kaveri, saying only she has the right to decide. Kiara apologises to Abhir, admitting she was scared he might leave her again. Abhir forgives her on one condition that he gets to propose again. He goes down on one knee and proposes, and Kiara happily accepts. The family rejoices.

Abhira supports Kiara’s decision, and the Poddars bless the couple. Manoj asks Abhir to always protect Kiara, while Vidya suggests seeking Manisha’s blessings.
