The Episode starts with everyone asking Aarohi what happened. Akshara rushes to her side and inquires about the situation. Aarohi reveals that Abhimanyu’s condition has worsened and he is crying in distress. She explains that he is no longer himself and time is of the essence. The entire group expresses concern. Manish suggests talking to him, while Abhinav reassures that Abhir will be alright as Abhimanyu is a skilled doctor. Aarohi urges him to snap out of it and focus on saving his patient, otherwise his own child will suffer. Just then, Akshara’s voice singing “O maiyya ji…” fills the air and miraculously, Abhimanyu regains his composure and begins the surgery. The rest of the family watches anxiously as the red bulb in the OT lights up. Abhinav notices Akshara getting tired and gets her some water, while Kairav remarks on how long she’s been singing for.
Suvarna is facing her fears and has high hopes for the outcome of her Tapasya. Akshara, on the other hand, refrains from drinking water and instead sings. After the operation, Abhimanyu emerges from the surgery room. Concerned about Abhir’s well-being, Abhinav, Manish, and Manjiri all inquire about him. Fortunately, Abhimanyu informs them that the surgery was successful and Abhir is doing well. Overjoyed by the news, everyone sheds tears of happiness as Abhinav embraces his brother. Akshara leaves the scene while Rohan advises to wait before meeting Abhir, as he needs rest. Aarohi notices Akshara crying and approaches her to convey that Abhir is fine. She gratefully hugs him and expresses her gratitude, stating that Abhir means everything to her. Ahi reciprocates by saying that he too holds a special place in his heart for him. Apologizing for doubting Ahi’s capabilities as a heart surgeon, Akshara acknowledges that he is indeed the best. He playfully agrees with her statement before she backs away and apologizes again for her previous mistrustful thoughts towards him.
He acknowledges, she acknowledges there may be several concerns, but she immediately holds you in high regard. Shefali and Roohi pray while Roohi plans to play football with someone. Meanwhile, Muskaan prepares the tiffin as Dadi reminds her of the driver’s presence outside. However, Kairav intervenes and offers to accompany Muskaan. He pleads with her not to leave, assuring her that everything that happened was a misunderstanding and they consider her part of their family. Overwhelmed by relief, Abhinav expresses gratitude while Akshara and Abhimanyu also offer thanks to God.
Akshara plans to speak with him once he wakes up, and I will reprimand him. Abhinav, however, argues that I should scold him instead of Akshara. She agrees and expresses her frustration about not being able to meet each other. The nurse acknowledges their conversation before Akshara and Abhinav enter the room. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu pauses outside the door while Manjiri watches from a distance. Eventually, Abhir extends his hand to Abhimanyu and apologizes for hiding in the trunk earlier. He reassures them that it’s normal for parents to scold their children sometimes, but it’s not always their fault. As Abhimanyu goes inside, Abhir consoles them and reminds them not to cry. After checking the reports, Abhimanyu confirms everything looks good, just as Abhinav enters and embraces him with tears in his eyes.
