In the episode, Manjiri argues with Akshara about loving Abhimanyu before his birth. She says he still loves Akshara. She says that Abhimanyu still loves Akshara, but if he sacrifices, what will Akshara give him in return, a compromise? No, marriage is marriage, friendship is friendship, so if my son gets married and wants love, I want him to get it. Is that wrong? According to Shefali, you think Abhimanyu will be happy if he marries someone else.
Manjiri insists that if he doesn’t marry Akshara, it will seem like her love was not meant to be. However, if they do get married, he will have a sense of hope every day. He questions who is being selfish in this situation – himself or Akshara. Despite her love for Abhinav, Akshara has agreed to marry Abhimanyu for the sake of their children. She points out that Manjiri cannot place conditions on how and when she will love Abhimanyu. This leads to an argument between them. Manjiri believes the matter ends here, but Akshara disagrees and argues that by putting him in jail, Manjiri is hurting her son’s heart and wonders if he will ever return to her because of it. Manjiri stubbornly says that it may not happen now but perhaps later on.
According to her, I will soon be wed to Abhimanyu, and we will become a family. Kairav and Muskaan bring food for him, but he reassures them not to worry. However, Muskaan becomes angry at him and breaks into tears. Quickly realizing his mistake, Abhimanyu apologizes and expresses his gratitude before inquiring about Akshara’s whereabouts. The inspector then informs them that Parth has withdrawn the complaint against Abhimanyu, therefore there is no need for bail and he can go home. Abhimanyu is released and immediately demands an explanation from Parth regarding his actions. After he leaves, Muskaan urges Kairav to call Mahima while Parth is shown speaking with Manjiri over the phone. Despite her pleas, he promises not to say anything to Abhimanyu. However, as luck would have it, Abhimanyu confronts Parth about his decision.
As Manjiri is on a call, the group discusses the situation. Abhimanyu stresses that lying and cheating will not bring any solutions. Parth firmly defends himself, denying any involvement. Akshara expresses concern about Abhimanyu’s reaction if he were to find out about Manjiri’s actions, leading him to confront Parth. Surekha suggests remaining silent as Manjiri continues to make mistakes. Akshara reminds them all to show respect for Abhimanyu’s mother. Manish agrees with her statement. Surekha raises the question of how long they can keep this incident hidden. Abhimanyu demands to know who filed the case against him, but no one speaks up. Mahima then approaches Manjiri, who promptly ends the call before being explained to by Mahima.
She says everyone left us, what do we do? Abhimanyu will never come back to you, Akshara says I don’t want him to know, if Manjiri hurts him, he will break down. He asks Anand to ask Parth who filed the complaint. He leaves. Anand says I will speak to Parth. Abhimanyu returns home. Akshara does his aarti. Lag jaa gale….plays… He turns away and stops himself from hugging her.
He asks how everyone’s sleeping. She said no, come. Mahima asks where Manjiri went and calls Abhimanyu. Shefali says no, he might get worried. Manjiri brings Parth home. Abhimanyu attempts to cut the cake, but the knife breaks. Abhir asks if the cake has a problem, but Akshara says no, the knife is weak. Muskaan gets a giant knife. Abhimanyu cuts the cake. Manish says congrats. Everyone claps.
Seeing Parth angers Shefali. She asks what he’s doing here. Manjiri remembers meeting Parth. Parth packs his bag and says he’s going home with her. She asks what. He says you promised me you would do my work. FB ends. Manjiri defends Parth. She goes. Mahima says you have supported Manjiri in the wrong and got an entry home. You got Abhimanyu jailed. Parth says you don’t judge me for a while.
Ruhi encourages Abhimanyu to have the cake, which he takes. Surekha then suggests he also try the milk. As Abhimanyu takes a bite, he expresses his enjoyment, and the kids agree. Ruhi then asks if he would like her to tell him a bedtime story, but Muskaan offers to do so after he has dinner and goes to sleep. Manish invites him to join them for food, but Abhimanyu politely declines, knowing they are avoiding discussing something.
