The Episode starts with Abhinav and Abhimanyu talking. Abhinav says I get everything in my life, life is funny, you get everything when you think you don’t have anything. He jokes and laughs. Abhir and Ruhi make babies. He says hurry up, dad is coming back in an hour. She says you’re happy, you’ll be in Kasauli with your parents. The doctor is the best, he says yes.
Abhinav expresses his surprise at his current life, having a loving wife, a wonderful child, and being a devoted family man. He is touched by the love and support he receives from many people, including his best friend. Their friendship is unique and meaningful, with constant support from his friend. Abhinav cannot understand why his friend sees himself as an inadequate father when he is actually doing a great job without realizing it. His emotions overwhelm him as he drops his drink. Abhimanyu reassures him and offers his own glass to share in the happy moment.
Suwarna asks Manish to contact Abhinav. Akshara arrives, greeted by everyone with smiles and compliments. Abhir makes a joke while Aarohi predicts that tonight, Abhinav will fall head over heels for Akshara. As Akshara inquires about Manish’s tears, he reassures her that he is simply overwhelmed with happiness. Kairav offers to call Abhinav, while Ruhi suggests going to the park in the meantime. Muskaan curiously asks what birthday gift Akshara has planned for Abhinav, but she replies that there is plenty of time left and mentions a watch as a potential option. Kairav then informs them that he can’t reach Abhinav’s phone. Aarohi takes matters into her own hands and tries contacting Abhimanyu instead, only to find that he is also unreachable.
Akshara is filled with worry, but Manjiri reassures her that nothing bad will happen. Despite this, Akshara still feels that something is amiss. Dadi joins in, offering words of comfort by saying everything will eventually be okay. However, Akshara remains adamant that they must go and search for their loved one. At this point, Manjiri suggests splitting up – some of them staying behind while the others go to find him. Abhinav then firmly states that they must all head to the resort where his beloved Akshara and Abhir are waiting for him. He calls out their names passionately before tragically falling off the edge. As they all set off in different vehicles to search for Abhinav, Muskaan is consumed with worry while Parth suggests trying to reach Abhimanyu through a weak network. Anand takes action and sends a message, hoping it will reach their missing loved one soon. Surekha expresses her hope that Dadi’s words hold true as Manish reflects on memories of both Abhimanyu and Abhinav. Suwarna panics and urges Manish to drive safely and focus on the road ahead.
As Abhinav falls over a tree, Abhimanyu grabs his hand and pulls him. Manish sees them and stops the car, asking Surekha and Suwarna what happened. Manish runs. Abhinav slips. He falls and gets hurt. Manish sees Abhimanyu standing at the edge.
Abhimanyu recalls Abhir and Akshara. Surekha and Suwarna ask what happened. Abhimanyu runs. Manish cries and says Abhinav. Suwarna says Abhinav isn’t here, tell us something. Akshara says that’s Abhimanyu’s car. Kairav asks why they came here. Akshara shouts Abhinav and runs to find him. Abhinav says Akshara….
Dil nai lagda….plays… He reminisces about them. Uttering her name, he closes his eyes. Muskaan’s voice breaks the silence. Akshara arrives and finds Abhimanyu at the scene. Walking closer, she notices him checking Abhinav’s pulse. Calling out his name, she questions how he got injured and why he won’t open his eyes. Turning to Kairav, she urges him to request Abhinav to wake up. But Abhimanyu interrupts, saying they need to act quickly as it’s an emergency and they risk losing him if they delay getting him to the hospital. Manish and the rest of the family arrive, looking taken aback by the situation.
We have to take Abhinav now, Abhimanyu says. He lifts Abhinav and takes him. Manish feels dizzy. Kairav and Suwarna hold him. Abhir asks where Papa is, his birthday is today. Manjiri says Abhimanyu isn’t answering. Ruhi says I’ll get in touch with Kairav. Manjiri gets a call from Anand. She asks what to do.
In Birla hospital, Abhimanyu and everyone carry Abhinav on a stretcher. Akshara leaves Abhinav’s hand. Doctors attend to him. Dil nayyo lagda…plays… She faints. Abhimanyu holds her.
