The Episode opens with Abhir bidding farewell to everyone before he departs. Yeh Rishta kya….plays… Akshara, Abhinav and the rest of the family are in tears. Manish offers them his support and comfort. Later, Abhimanyu and Abhir make their way to the temple. As they reach, Abhir is reminded of the words shared by Akshara and Abhinav. Trying to ease his fears, Abhimanyu reassures him by saying that it’s not his fault and that Mahadev will always protect him. He then adds that he brought him here so he could seek blessings from God and start a new phase in his life. He also acknowledges that their relationship has changed now and assures Abhir that he can confide in him at any time if he needs anything, considering he may miss his parents during this transition period.
Abhir inquires, “When did you first realize you were my biological father?” Abhimanyu replies, “My mind became aware of it before your surgery. But upon meeting you for the first time, my heart recognized a connection.” Curious, Abhir asks how this was possible. Explaining further, Abhimanyu says, “I can’t explain it. I used to think of you and feel a sense of protectiveness. We also have similar habits – we both raise our voices when we’re hurt.” This triggers Abhir’s memory and he recalls their bond. He then questions why Abhimanyu didn’t come to live with them. Without hesitation, Abhimanyu responds by stating that his family is here and they need him. He assures Abhir that everyone in their current location loves him just as much as those in Kasauli do and promises that he will be well-loved there too.
Abhir sees Akshara and Abhinav’s pic in his locket. Abhimanyu asks him to come home. Abhimanyu shouts Birlas, we have come. Manjiri says welcome, our king. Ruhi hugs Abhir and says I know you’re not happy here, but I’m here with you. Manjiri says let me do the aarti. She does Abhir’s aarti and cries. She says my grandson came to me, I can’t believe it. She pinches her hand. Abhimanyu says it’s not a dream.
Abhir is hugged by Manjiri. We are also waiting in line, Anand says. Abhimanyu apologizes. Abhir greets Anand and touches his feet. Anand says Akshara and Abhinav have taught the child good values, so he hugs him. Abhimanyu introduces everyone. All of them hug Abhir. Aarohi says to come to me if anything happens, okay, I’m with you. Abhimanyu tells Abhir to go meet someone special. Abhimanyu takes Abhir to Mahima. Mahima blesses Abhir and leaves.
Abhir admires the size and quality of Doc Man’s house, but I am longing for the comfort of my own home, and the presence of my parents. As Akshara and Abhinav enter their room, they are overcome with emotion. They reflect on how Abhir was a constant in their relationship, bringing both noise and peace into their lives. He was not just their son, but also the foundation of their marriage. However, as husband and wife now, they realize that they were also his parents before. Abhinav regrets not stopping Abhir from leaving, knowing that it broke his heart to see them cry. Akshara reminds him that the situation was out of their control, but they can decide what happens next. With only 100 hours left until the weekend when they will finally be reunited with Abhir for 2 days, they plan to shower him with love and take him on an outing during those precious moments together.
She gets sad and says I can’t be with him all the time, if he needs me on weekdays, will I become mum only on weekends, who am I if I’m not his mom? You have given him birth, so you’ll always be his mother, no one can replace you. Abhimanyu ties Abhir’s pyjama drawstring, thinking of Abhinav. You can reach out to him if you need anything, he says.
When Abhinav walks in the dark, he hears Abhir calling him out. He sees Abhir and cries happily. He runs and says, oh, you are troubling me. I will catch you, you want to play hide and seek with me? He catches Abhir and hugs him. He says he won’t let him go anywhere. He sees Abhir gone. He cries and says come to me once, hug me once, I miss you very much. Akshara sees Abhir’s picture and switches the lamp on and off.
