After taking Vinayak to her hospital cabin, Sai teaches him how to behave like a doctor. Vinu enacts as a doctor and jokes about how Sonali writhes with stomach upset after eating oily fritters. Sai laughs. Sai feels anxious and asks how he can get into his room without knocking. Satya walks in.
She slips from bed. Satya holds her. She shouts how dare he is to touch her? He leaves her and she falls and sprains her ankle. He confuses Vinu and asks Sai’s son. Vinu replies she is his doctor Aunty, not Mamma. He feels sad. When she walks in, Sai asks nurse Sheetal to make calls for patients. Satya suggests she get her sprain treated first because it may cause a hairline fracture.
Satya asks Vinu to convince his doctor Aunty. Sai agrees to Vinu’s request and sits on the bed again. Satya asks Vinu to assist him. Sheetal records their video. Satya keeps Sai distracted while Vinu talks, twists her ankle and fixes the sprain. Sai shouts in pain but then feels better. Satya flirts with Sai and leaves with Sheetal.
Vinayak informs Paakhi that he is at doctor aunty’s Hospital and is learning and enjoying a lot here. He disconnects the call saying he needs to go somewhere with doctor aunty. Paakhi feels frustrated.
Virat decorates his room with flowers to have romantic moments with Paakhi. Paakhi calls him and shouts how dare he is to send Vinu with Sai without her permission. Virat says it was necessary for Vinu’s project. Paakhi shouts not to give the project as an excuse for his evil plan. Virat asks her to calm down and return home first, he has a surprise for her. Paakhi shouts and disconnects the call.
Virat arranges a pizza party for him, Savi, Sai, and Vinu. Vinu asks Sai how her day was. Sai says it was boring since Baba was busy with files and didn’t do anything. Virat says police stations don’t always have gunfights and chases.
Sai’s ankle sprain was treated by Dr Satya, and he says he had an exciting day. Sai shows the video to Virat. Virat asks Sai if Satya is the one who troubled her, and how could she let him near her and Vinu. Sai says it’s a long story. Virat watches a video and says he was the one who bumped into him the other day and was wearing her bracelet at the time.
The other day, Virat told Sai that Satya was treating her sprain and was holding her bracelet. Virat said that he nicked Dr Satya as doctor cool and Dr Satya nick named doctor aunty as Doctor Chidku. In OT, doctors tend to forget their stuff, so he shouldn’t worry about it; she enjoyed her time with Vinu today. Savi proposes a pizza party and all enjoy it. Sai feeds Vinu the pizza.
Upon returning to her room, Paakhi sees that it is well-decorated. She is not able to find Virat and Vinu and wonders if they are in Sai’s room. She is unable to find anyone even there and believes Virat must have obeyed her and moved Sai and Savi somewhere else.

Sai meets Satya there while shopping for the Gudi Padwa festival with his mother. He introduces her to his mother. Mother asks Sai if she is not married as she is not wearing Sindhoor and Mangalsutra. Satya stops her. Mother stops Sai and chats with her. Virat noticed Sai’s dupatta was stuck in a wheel and pulled her aside. Mother misinterprets him as a roadside goon and scolds him.
