A girl named Kavya tells Alka and Omi they have an option, stop Alka’s surgery. Alka and Omi cry. Kavya tells Alka and Omi she has shown that she is your true life partner. She has heard the taunts and has not allowed you to be questioned, so please stop it. Alka and Omi cry. Giriraj asks Kavya to leave Alka. Kavya asks Omi to remember Alka once. Alka, come with me, I will be with you. Omi shouts no Papa, Alka won’t undergo the operation, she won’t give up her motherhood. Kavya and Adi smile.
Omi holds Alka’s hand and apologizes, saying he was foolish and regrets not realizing it sooner. He asks Alka for a chance to be her true life partner, to which she nods in agreement. Giriraj is left stunned, while Anurag gives Kavya a thumbs-up sign. Kavya embraces Adi, who thinks that she doesn’t know Omi’s involvement in Navya’s death. Malini is happy and hugs Kavya, but Adi leaves the room. Malini follows him, and he expresses his frustration at being forced to cover up Omi’s mistake. Anurag overhears their conversation as Adi points out that their son is a criminal, and they are making him an accomplice by asking him to support Omi’s actions.
A thank you is exchanged between Alka and Kavya. Omi jokes. Kavya says I understand, don’t cry. Alka says I’m glad today. Malini says you can shout, but it’s my command; you won’t tell anyone. Adi argues. As a result of your support, Omi took a stand for me. Kavya says you tell Omi about this. Alka says no, he will get angry. Kavya interrupts their conversation by pointing out that Omi will soon decide to have a child with her, causing Alka to express gratitude towards her. Malini advises Adi to make Omi realize his worth in Adi’s eyes by not saving him from punishment. Meanwhile, Santu plays music at home, and Kavya and Alka dance happily until Adi enters and is stopped by Malini. She asks if Adi is still worried about their situation and proceeds to lie to Kavya about it.
Kavya urges Adi to give Malini a chance to explain while Anurag announces Omi’s arrival. Excitement fills the air as everyone rushes to greet him, and Malini performs his aarti. Amidst all this, Kavya recalls her mother’s words from Navya’s college days, and Alka sympathizes with her missing her sister. Remembering the bond between Adi and Omi, Malini playfully asks Adi if he would do anything for him. However, Adi seems upset, and Kavya subtly signals Alka. Sensing the tension, Alka welcomes Omi home and invites him in while Adi quietly exits.
Giriraj collides with Anurag. Anurag says Adi will investigate Navya’s case. Giriraj asks what he is trying to discover. Anurag says Adi found out who is responsible for Navya’s death. Giriraj asks how he knows about you. Anurag says not me; about Omi, I have no idea. Giriraj says Omi can do anything. Anurag says Adi will save Omi, find a solution, and think fast. Giriraj says there is only one solution, and he will call his mother. She inquires if his wife ran away.
He informs her that a significant issue has arisen. Curious, she inquires about the matter. He reveals that Adi has learned about Omi and Anurag’s wrongdoing. Kavya embraces Adi and curiously asks for details. Playfully, she moves closer to him. In a state of distress, he calls for assistance. Hearing the commotion, Santu arrives and requests to be let in. However, Adi insists that she wait outside as he doesn’t want to ruin her mood. Annoyed by his behavior, Santu scolds him, but he dismisses her and tells her to leave. Santu then informs him that a party worker has come to meet him, but Adi again tells her to go and sends her away. Smiling at Kavya, he greets her warmly. Giriraj seeks advice on how to proceed, while Dadi provides guidance and receives compliments from Giriraj.
The speaker states that they will carry out whatever instructions are given, including surrounding Kavya with fire to prevent her escape. Kavya agrees and requests to eat before carrying out the task. Adi inquires about the meaning of their conversation, to which Giriraj interrupts and asks what is going on. Kavya explains that they refuse to allow Omi to participate in the puja, and Giriraj questions why. Mishra insults Omi, bringing up his attempted suicide, and tells him to submit his resignation. Giriraj reprimands him for his behavior. He then declares that he would not have attended the puja without Omi’s presence. Mishra responds that neither Omi nor Giriraj will be allowed at the event. As he leaves with his supporters, Giriraj turns to Kavya, accusing her of enjoying the situation. Adi defends her and criticizes Omi for his actions while Malini cries in distress.
