She holds Ranbir’s hand and takes him to the side of the room. Ranbir looks at her surprised. Dida gets emotional. Ranbir says Dida…you are here. He hugs her and asks how she is? She asks why he came here. Ranbir says I came here for shopping. Dida says I am fine and that I came here for shopping. You know all the reasons, Ranbir says, so why don’t you just come home?
Dida expresses her confusion and questions whether anyone could do such a thing to their loved ones. She tells him that they can’t live without him and says your mother…..Ranbir says don’t talk all that, I can’t come home and meet my mother. Ranbir holds his cheeks and Dida apologizes to him. Dida then apologizes to him and says she doesn’t know why she slapped him. He says I know you’re mad at me, don’t apologize.
Dida asks how you can do this with us, because your mother loves you a lot and is getting mad in your remembrance. Ranbir tells her not to worry about Mummy and that she will get distracted by the problems. Even he misses her and thinks about her daily, so if I came home, you would be worried seeing me, as my mental state is such that I cannot come home. If I came home, we would all be worried.
I am in your hearts, he says, and he asks her not to ask him to come home, or to meet Mummy. He asks her to make Papa and Mummy understand. Ranbir asks where is Mummy? Dida signs him at Pallavi. Ranbir recalls leaving the house. Song plays…He asks Dida to promise that she won’t tell him that he is here. Dida says I have saved you from Pallavi because she is with me.
Dida says she has already seen you and thought it must be an illusion, and that she saw you because she misses you all the time. Ranbir says, so let it be her illusion, I ask. Everyone shouts right at that moment. He tells Dida he will send Mummy here, but he won’t meet her and will ask her to come to you, as you are hurt. He asks Dida to act. Afterwards, he hides his face and tells Pallavi that the lady is hurt. Pallavi says, Ranbir. From there, he leaves.
The entire group is running. Mihika, Divya, and Abhay are also running. Mihika asks why everyone is running. Divya says that a fire may have been caught. Abhay says maybe and asks them to run. The robbers spray on the CCTV cameras. They fire in the air. Abhay asks Akshay where Prachi is, as the robbers are here. The robber holds Divya’s hand and threatens to shoot her if anyone tries to run.
Divya looks shocked at Akshay. Prachi gets worried and looks at him. Akshay comes to Prachi and holds her hand and runs with her. Ranbir runs and slides to hit the robber and make him fall down, to save Divya. He advises her to run. She runs to Mihika. Another robber aims a gun at Ranbir. Akshay takes Prachi to the trial room, and Abhay also comes there. Prachi asks him why he pushed that guy. Akshay tells her not to question him. He becomes tense.
Taking refuge in the CCTV room, Divya informs Mihika that Ranbir rescued her from the goon, but he’s still present nearby. Mihika is taken aback by the news. She realizes they are in the CCTV room, but the goons have sprayed a substance on the cameras, obstructing their view. Mihika suggests that if someone cleans the cameras, they might be able to see what’s happening outside. She attempts to call the police for help, but the network is jammed, hindering their communication. Meanwhile, Dida intervenes and guides Pallavi to a safer place.
During a conversation, Pallavi tells Dida that she feels as though she has seen Ranbir, and I can only hear him. She says I am getting mad, and I miss him so much. She says I am trying, but I can’t bear and I just want Ranbir, else I am getting mad. Dida hugs her to pacify her. Dida says you are not mad, he was your son. Pallavi says you are lying; he was not your son.
Pallavi says she is mad. Dida says your motherly love called him here, he is your son. Pallavi calls him while Dida tries to stop her. The robbers aim their guns at Ranbir. The manager runs away.
When Ranbir collided with the robber, he told everyone to sit and told them not to make any noise. The robber threatened to shoot everyone if he got mad. As the woman gets up to run, the robber takes her phone and pushes her. Ranbir tells them that she is saving her life and asks them to behave well with the lady.
The robber says he doesn’t want any noise and asks another robber to kill her. The lady says don’t kill me. The robber says to leave her and says she’s a customer, not a threat. The man says they’re bad and bad with people who are bad with them, and they’re coming to steal jewellery on the upper floor, as well as money.
She tries to call, but the robber tells her that she and others can call. They all try. The robber says he has jammed the network and sprayed on the CCTV cameras as well. He says let me handle my work and says the manager can help. He says he has no idea where he has run, and says no one can move until he comes here.
Abhay informs Akshay that he has angered him and points out that the same guy also pushed Akshay, leading him to vent his frustration on them. Akshay says I’m not venting out my anger on others, and I’m doing what I’m supposed to. Akshay says until the manager arrives, you can’t move. Prachi says she needs to leave. He stops her and says, “I won’t let you go anywhere.”
Prachi asks you if have you gone mad. She says Ranbir is outside, he’s trapped and needs us. Akshay holds her hand and says you won’t go anywhere. Akshay alerts others that Ranbir and Divya are outside, and they need to rescue them. Someone pushes Akshay inside, and both customers and staff gather around the trial room, urging Akshay to enter.

When Prachi refuses to give the robber her mangalsutra, the robber asks the other robber to kill her. The robber tries to steal Prachi’s mangalsutra. Ranbir is running to save Prachi.
