The Episode begins with Amba asking everyone to find Dhawal and Natasha. Natasha says she will go out and get a water pipe. Amrish asks how we can save them. Pranali says cover your nose and mouth, smoke can reach your lungs. Chiku shouts to Natasha. Natasha says Dhawal and I are fine. Try to break the door, and I’ll go out the window and try to get help. Chiku shouts for help. Natasha goes out of the window.
Chiku also jumps out of the window. He sees the door locked. Bhaven says, “Open it.” Chiku says, “Someone has locked the door, let me try to open it.” Natasha asks Dhawal to pull the pipe. Dhawal sees Amrish. Amrish asks, “Is he okay?” Dhawal replies, “No problem. Go and save everyone.” Natasha starts the water supply. She asks Dhawal to put off the fire. She runs to open the gate. Dhawal becomes dizzy.
Chiku asks Natasha if she is okay. He breaks the lock. He opens the door. Everyone coughs. Amba asks where Dhawal is. Natasha gets him. Dhawal coughs. Pranali gets him some water. She asks Natasha to be strong. Hetal asks where Amrish is. She asks Isha where Amrish is. Isha says Yash isn’t here. Chiku thinks someone is inside. He goes to check. Amrish asks if anyone is inside. Amrish doesn’t see him. He locks the door and gets shocked. Chiku tries to speak to Amrish.
Amrish leaves. Chiku falls. Hetal says we’ll look after Amrish. Chirag says I’ll go. Chiku shouts for help. Amrish comes downstairs. He says there is no one upstairs. Isha says Yash is there. Chirag says Amrish said there was no one upstairs. Amrish says there is no one. I’ve checked and locked the door so the fire won’t come down. Chiku gets up and tries to jump out of the window. He descends to Isha.
Amrish says, “I have checked there. How did you get there?” Pranali sees Dhawal and asks Natasha to come fast. Amba says, “Call the doctor fast.” Chiku falls down. Isha asks what happened. Natasha worries for Dhawal and Chiku. Amrish calls out Chiku. A man asks Amrish to help his brother. Pranali nods, “Save Dhawal’s life. You’re a doctor.”
Amrish alerts the doctor and firefighters as many lives are in danger, while Chirag mentions a rally causing obstruction. Pranali begins to administer an injection to Dhawal but is stopped by Bhaven, who insists on real doctors treating his brother rather than someone inexperienced. However, Chirag assures them that a doctor is on the way. Isha tries to wake up Chiku while Pranali can’t help but cry. Natasha trusts Pranali and implores her to save Chiku’s life since she cannot save Dhawal’s. Pranali agrees and proceeds to examine Chiku. In the meantime, Natasha prays for their well-being.
Pranali injects the medicine into Chiku. She pumps his heart. Natasha hugs Isha. Chiku coughs and becomes conscious. Pranali and everyone smile. Chiku coughs and gets conscious. Pranali and Isha hug Chiku and cry. Isha thanks Pranali and hugs her. Pranali hugs Natasha. A lady asks Pranali to help her sister. Pranali rushes and helps the lady’s sister. Everyone is fainting, and I need your help. I will teach you how to perform CPR. Come.
Chirag and Dolly assist Pranali in rescuing the people while Bhaven observes. Pranali worries that Bhaven may not allow her to treat Dhawal, but Natasha reminds her of the oath she took as a doctor to save those in need. Feeling determined, Pranali decides to help Dhawal and successfully treats him by performing chest compressions. A smile spreads across everyone’s faces as Dhawal starts breathing again. Pranali gives him some water to replenish his strength. Bhaven is filled with joy at seeing Dhawal’s recovery. Moved by the moment, Pranali embraces Dhawal and proudly states that she is a dedicated doctor who has earned her recognition through hard work. In response, Dhawal is appreciative and tells her he is proud of her achievements.
Pranali thanks Natasha. Natasha thanks her. Amrish thanks Pranali for saving Dhawal. Everyone smiles. The police arrive. Natasha recalls Sandeep and says I know about the fire breakout. Sandeep tried to kill me. Despite the acid he threw on me, I survived and came out. The police and everyone go upstairs to see Sandeep.
Dhawal says thank God you’re okay. Natasha says he tried to kill me. The inspector says it’s a crime scene, and we need to call the forensics.
Hetal receives the agreement papers file. The inspector asks Amrish and Natasha to give a statement. Amrish gives it to Hetal and asks her to keep it. Dhawal asks for water. Hetal gives it to Chabeli and leaves. Amrish and Natasha talk to the police. The Inspector says, “Don’t worry; it will be kept confidential.” He says we will support you.
The file is kept in Dhawal’s room, and the windows are closed. She leaves. Isha says we will go home now. Yash will rest at home. Chiku says Amba is right, I will cover Isha in gold next time.
He says you don’t know how to respect your son-in-law when he comes home for the first time; you just love your daughter. Amrish says Dhawal was in the hospital; he wasn’t fine. A fire broke out here, and you want your respect. Dhawal says we started on a wrong note; let’s start over. Chiku says I remember marrying Isha, what you did with Natasha, and what Amrish did today.
It was a misunderstanding, and everyone left. I thought you also left, and we locked the door. Chiku says leave it, I don’t care.
Amrish says you shouldn’t care. If I hadn’t locked the door, the fire would have spread, and the house would’ve burned. I thought Chiku had also left. According to Chiku, your family was safe. You didn’t think about me, and you don’t consider me family. We are Pandyas. We forgive people. I forgive you. Natasha is here, so a fire will break out if she dies.
He asks Natasha to be careful. She asks him to go home. Chiku and Isha leave. Suman speaks on the phone with Natasha. She says to stay fine. Chiku and Isha return home. Suman asks if he is okay. He says yes. She says Chutki told me everything. She has health issues. He says don’t worry, he tells her she is fine. Isha changes clothes, Suman asks. Suman wonders why Chiku brought Isha to her Maayka without heavy clothes and jewelry, what he did.
Pranali remembers Natasha and Amrish’s words. She remarks that they wouldn’t have faced any difficulties if they had been brave. Natasha, who bravely stood up for her, saved everyone. Hetal expresses her pride in Pranali. Natasha then requests her luggage, and Hetal informs her that it is in Dhawal’s room. Confused, Natasha asks about her relationship with Dhawal, and Hetal clarifies that she is his wife. However, Natasha reveals that their marriage has been annulled, and she has no connection with him. She only came to help him recover and requested for her belongings to be moved to the guest room because she could not stay in the same room as him.
