Shiv tells Shakti what happened. Sundari jokes about them burning the bed. Shakti teases Shiv. Gayatri sees them and prays for them to get united soon; she leaves. Sundari says, “I will get some help cleaning it.” Shiv says, “No, no, don’t call anyone else.” If they find the bed burned, then they will know I had another episode, and Kartik will be hurt.
Shakti dismisses Sundari and assures her that no one will discover what happened. She promises to take care of everything, so there’s no need to worry. She reaches for Shiv’s hand, but he gives her a stern look, and she remembers how she blamed him earlier. He firmly asks her to keep her distance. Shakti questions why he can accept her help but not show any affection towards her. She points out his unfair treatment towards her, even though she’s willing to clean up the mess. Shiv accuses her of pretending to be innocent and reminds her that she promised to take care of it. Shakti suggests they clean together or bring Sundari in if he prefers. Shiv interrupts and agrees, then walks away.
Mandira exclaims, “I won’t spare her; I can’t believe that girl slapped me.” Just be careful, Koyal advises; his hand is still hurting. According to Padma, you wanted to eliminate her because she didn’t work out as planned, but she is now in charge of this house. Mandira says that Shiv will look after her now. She smiles and brings Shiv some medication. She claims that Shiv would now punish Shakti. I fear that he may murder her. Padma thinks he could overdose because you are putting too much medication in the milk. Mandira declares, “I don’t care.” He can go to hell after murdering Shakti.
As Shiv is about to leave the house, Mandira stops him and says, “Take this milk; I know you might not have eaten anything.” When Sundari arrives, she tells you that Shakti promised to accompany you. Mandira instructs Shiv to finish the milk before Shakti arrives. Shiv adds that I should drink this before she arrives since you are correct—she will start over. Just as he is ready to consume it, Shakti reminds him of Gayatri’s statement that Mandira is the cause of Shiv’s illness.
Shiv says drinking milk is also a crime. She says yes, drinking milk is a sin. Mandira asks why he can’t drink the milk. You’d say I have mixed something into the milk, so why can’t I give him milk now? Shiv says what’s wrong with you? Mandira is like my mother; she can never harm me. Shakti glares at Mandira and says you’re right, she can’t harm you, nobody can hurt you. She loves you a lot and takes you as her son.
Mandira agrees and offers him milk, but Shakti intervenes, telling him that sharing is the best way for our love to grow. She also says, “I love you so much, but you don’t love me back,” suggesting that he take a sip of this after I do. She is going to sip it now. Mandira loses her cool. She is stopped by Shiv, who declares, “I don’t want to love you because you called me a liar.” After I leave, he takes it from there. Shakti pours the milk into a bottle and says, “This is very thick, which isn’t right.” She then informs Mandira, “I’m sure you mixed something in the milk.” You will be exposed when I send this to a lab for testing.
What does Mandira say? Shakti says, “I am a medical student, so I will be able to figure out what is in the milk.” She takes it from there. Mandira panics and says, “She keeps failing my plans. If she finds out about my medicine for Shiv, I will be exposed, so I need to stop her.” Rimjhim asks Shakti where she is going. We need to cook something for our new daughter-in-law.
Rimjhim says I have essential classes today. Shakti says you can cook today, and I’ll cook tomorrow. We have to balance our dreams and duties. I’ll become a doctor, and you’ll become a big influencer. We’ll divide the responsibilities and help each other. You can handle the house today, and I’ll handle it tomorrow. She hints at Rimjhim to stop her, but Shakti turns around to see her.

Despite Dr Shiv’s poor mental health, Shakti tells Mandira that she knows who is behind it and won’t be able to help him now. I challenge Shiv to have dinner cooked by me tonight, and you won’t be able to do anything about it. Shakti accepts the challenge.
