Sahiba recalls Manveer’s allegations against her and Angad blindly believing his mother makes her feel sad. Her friend singer Vandana calls her and asks how she is doing. Sahiba says she is fine. Vandana senses her pain and asks if she had a tiff with Angad. Sahiba says Angad doesn’t understand her. Angad and Vandana should talk openly about her feelings.
Besides singing, Sahiba says she can also be a love guru and after her marriage, she will resolve her differences with her husband through sweet music. Sahiba agrees with Vandana, who says she will send her new song to listen to and give her honest opinion. Sahiba informs Angad to reach Simran’s room as soon as possible. Nurse informs Sahiba that doctor wants her to be in Simran’s room immediately.
The whole family visits Simran’s room. When Simran’s skin turns yellow, she cries in pain and asks Sahiba who gave her to kidnappers when she was sleeping. While Sahiba and Angad feel sad, Manveer stands undetected. Inder tells Simran that she can’t tolerate the pain, and Sahiba tries to divert her attention. Doctor rushes in and examines Simran.
As a result of her kidnappers giving her strong medicines, Simran’s liver has been completely damaged, so she needs a liver transplant. Brars ask doctors to find a doctor for Simran. A physician says they can’t buy a donor and have to wait for a long time until they find a voluntary donor or one of the family members has to give their liver.
Inder has expressed his willingness to donate his liver for his daughter, but the doctor needs to confirm a few details first. He asks if Inder consumes alcohol, to which he replies that he used to drink until recently, but is not entirely sure. Unfortunately, this means he cannot be a donor. Angad also offers to donate his liver, but Sahiba chimes in and says that she can donate because her blood type is O positive. The doctor then requests for the nurse to test Sahiba’s compatibility. However, it seems Angad’s liver is also not suitable for donation. Manveer voices her concern and says she will not allow him to put himself at risk for the sake of another girl. Angad explains that he wants to help Simran after witnessing her abduction from their house, and hopes Manveer will support him. After hearing this, Jaspal and Gurleen both volunteer to donate their livers as well. The doctor then asks for everyone’s test results.
Angad urges Sahiba to reconsider donating her liver, as she neglects her health and eating habits. Sahiba questions why Angad is willing to donate for someone who he doesn’t even consider his sister, but not for her. The nurse then announces it’s time for the test. Inder approaches Manveer and asks if he has something to say. Inder clarifies that he isn’t looking for any favors from her, as she has already done enough for Simran. He simply came to speak from the heart. Sahiba questions why two people need a valid explanation to express their emotions. Angad turns away and leaves.
It is uncertain whether Sahiba will regain consciousness or not after falling into a coma, the doctor informs Angad. He pleads to get up as he wishes to celebrate her anniversary with her and propose to her. His tears fall on Sahiba’s forehead. After opening her eyes, Sahiba stops breathing.
