The Episode begins with Abhimanyu asking for Abhir’s opinion on the house. After taking a quick look, Abhir responds positively. Smiles spread across everyone’s face. Akshara then asks for his assistance in cleaning and reminds him to brush his teeth first. Abhir jokes about getting dirty as well and requests to be put down. However, Abhimanyu insists on using this opportunity to help out. Grateful, Abhir thanks him and gives a tight hug. Akshara expresses her gratitude to everyone for coming over and helping out, but they quickly clarify that they came for Abhir’s sake. Ruhi mentions she is there solely for Akshara’s sake and not for Abhir’s. Manish points out Akshara has won her vote, followed by an emotional hug between the two friends. Meanwhile, Muskaan sheds tears as she looks at a photo of Abhinav and accidentally falls off the stool. Luckily, Kairav is there to catch her just in time.
She says sorry, I will become strong for us and our family, Abhinav was my family first, everything changed after he left, and I need time to accept these changes. Could you please give me some time? My life is named after you, Kairav says, and you can take as much time as you want, thanks, I will always be there for you. She hugs him. Akshara teases them. Everyone smiles. Muskaan and Kairav leave, then Abhimanyu sings Ek dusre ke… They all dance.
Abhimanyu embraces Ruhi and Abhir, their faces beaming with joy. Meanwhile, Akshara notices Abhir snuggled up to his father figure, Abhimanyu, in deep slumber. She pours her heart out to Abhinav, tears streaming down her cheeks. She knows she cries every day, but seeing Abhir finding comfort in Abhimanyu brings a bittersweet feeling. Nonetheless, she feels helpless in this situation and heads to talk to the doctor. With a heavy heart, she explains their situation and expresses gratitude for the home remedy that has been prescribed. Just then, Abhimanyu walks in, a look of concern on his face. He consoles Akshara and reminds her to stay patient as the entire family is doing their best to make things right. Trying to lighten the mood, he asks her about her case but understands when she hesitates to share due to its confidentiality. Persistent as ever, he suggests that she tells it like a story instead. Akshara takes a deep breath before narrating how her client’s brother stole his buffalo which leads him to run a dairy farm for a living. This momentary comical relief leaves them both laughing through their tears.
As Abhir wakes up, he remarks on the dry weather. Abhimanyu praises him as a good boy for not making any mistakes. They share a hug while Akshara observes from the side. Abhimanyu then questions if Abhir is nervous about the upcoming exam, to which he confidently says no. Akshara then prompts Abhir to give his answers, which he does with ease. Manjiri agrees to help Abhimanyu revise and he suggests she join him at the hospital to treat his patients too. The family shares a laugh before Manish reminds Ballu to get milk on time and asks Suwarna to make some tea, kheer and Rasmalai. Suwarna updates Manjiri via video call about Abhir receiving an award, but mentions that Manish seems more excited about it than anyone else.
Dadi asks Manjiri to perform the aarti, praising her for sending good pictures of Abhir and Ruhi. Meanwhile, Surekha enlists Suwarna’s help in choosing a saree, with Ruhi suggesting black as a suitable option. As Surekha smiles, Manish adds a joke and Kairav reminds everyone to be punctual. Manjiri expresses her excitement and Manish reveals that Muskaan has received a promotion and no longer needs to go to Mumbai. Additionally, Manjiri shares that Akshara is preparing for her third case and is known as a fierce “tigress” in court. Referencing how Manjiri introduced the family to this new city for Abhir’s sake, he questions who would make such a move.
Manjiri says a person can do anything for family. Dadi says yes, a month has passed so quickly. Kairav says we’re on time. Abhimanyu and Akshara talk on the phone. He says I will be there on time. She says, I can’t believe it, my son is going to get an award, I am sorry, I mean… He says we’re happy for him, we just have to do our jobs. She thinks, “Am I forgetting something?”
As she thinks about asking Abhimanyu, he thinks, why disturb her, I must manage. She checks the list. She calls Suwarna to ask. Suwarna says mom feels so. Aarohi says it’s a big day for Abhir and his parents, don’t get nervous. She sees some kids playing football. She says football bowtie. The man says hearing has begun. Abhimanyu says bowtie. Abhir says mumma and doctor have not yet arrived, only five minutes left.
Abhimanyu and Akshara apologize to him. They give him the bowtie. Abhir asks which bowtie should I wear. Abhimanyu says you think you’re gonna make us fight, we’re your parents. They get Abhir ready. Abhir thanks, you sometimes do a good job. Akshara kisses him. Go sit with everyone, I’m going backstage.
