Sonali with Omkar comes in and asks Bhavani if Pakhi won’t give their family an heir while Sai and Pulkit perform Pakhi’s operation. As Ashwini cries, Bhavani remembers convincing Pakhi to go on a honeymoon with Virat and expecting a baby from her. Ashwini cries that fate is playing tricks on them, and now Pakhi can’t become a mother.
It occurs to Sai that she knows what motherhood means to a mother and feels sorry for Pakhi. Pulkit alerts her and asks her to treat Pakhi like any other patient. The operation is successful, and Pakhi should be awake soon. Sai should tell Virat to call Vinu here, since Pakhi may need Virat’s and Vinu’s assistance.
Sai tells Virat that although he is in pain as he and Pakhi cannot expand their family, they can’t change fate; he should control himself and explain to Pakhi that only he, Vinu, and Pakhi are a family and a 4th is not welcome.
Bhavani accuses Sai of conspiring to make Pakhi childless and the Chavan family heirless when Virat tries to inform her about Vinu. Sai says she understands Bhavani’s plight. Sai breaks down and says Bhavani lost her heir, but she lost her identity and is incomplete without her son; she hopes she would not have travelled with Vinayak.
Sai assures Vinu that Pakhi is fine and will not need to visit the hospital often. Bhavani continues her toxic comments. Virat tells her to stop her accusations, as their Vinu is still alive. Vinu asks if he was referring to her. Virat and Sai saved Vinu from that dirty uncle, who is now in police custody. Pakhi thanked Sai for saving his son. Sai said she does not distinguish between Vinu and Savi.
As Pakhi says, Vinu is her life and if something happened to him, she would die. She asks Vinu why he went away from her and got into trouble, she is in the hospital because of Vinu’s tension. She apologizes to Vinu and says he should stay with him forever now. Vinu nods okay. Pakhi tries to wake up and feels a stomach ache. She asks Virat to discharge her since she wants to return to her home and spend time with Vinu.
As Pakhi asks what happened to her, Virat replies that she needs to stay at the hospital for a few days to recover. Pakhi asks why Virat sent Vinu out with Harini. Ashwini walks out crying. Sonali follows him and asks why she walked out. After hearing a piece of bad news from Virat, Ashwini is unable to see Pakhi break down. Virat informs Pakhi that her uterus had to be removed due to a critical condition.
After hearing that, Pakhi suffers a nervous breakdown. Sai tells her that there was no other option because she would have lost her life. Pakhi shouts at Sai who allowed her to have her uterus removed.
During the procedure, Virat says he permitted Pulkit and Sai to remove Pakhi’s uterus in order to save her life. Pakhi shouts he killed her alive. The nurse gives her a sedative. Pakhi falls asleep, murmuring she does not want to live anymore. Virat looks at Sai.
As Sai takes care of Pakhi, Virat thinks he should explain Vinu’s truth to Sai. He tells her he wanted to tell her something since 2 days but couldn’t get a chance because Vinu is with them. Virat says he’s talking about their biological son Vinu, who is alive. Sai gets emotional and asks if Vinu really is alive, where he is. Virat smiles.
Pakhi says fate returned a baby she delivered. Sai tells Virat that she made a mistake earlier, but not now, so she wants her son back.
If someone snatches her son from her, Pakhi threatens to jump from a balcony.
