In the episode, Shivendra argues with Rani Maa and says Surilii saved his life. She says she’s a queen and you’re a prince, you need to control your heart, Ranak should be your priority. I love Ranak so much, and if I say I love her, everyone will welcome her, can you do that?
It is up to Surilii to tell Diya what happened so she can come out. She says I will do what you say, sorry. Rani Maa asserts that the girl is distracting him from his responsibilities, stating that Surilii cannot become her daughter-in-law as she has already chosen her eldest daughter-in-law. Shivendra questions if she made this decision without consulting him. Rani Maa mentions that he has feelings for her, Swatilekha, but questions whether she would agree to a significant decision in her life so easily.
He emphasizes that a home is created by the family and foresees forthcoming changes. Sasha comes home and asks for Diya. Surilii says she is inside. Sasha says I will be there. Surilii says I will go to the café. Maasi stops her.
Shivendra says Surilii will bring happiness to this palace. Rani Maa says change gets a storm, and I have kept the palace safe from it.
