Dhara tells Dev that he needs fifty thousand for Chutki’s treatment and wonders how to arrange it. Raavi says she has money in her account, but she can’t withdraw it because it’s a holiday that day and net banking doesn’t work. Dhara assures Dev that they will arrange money together.
She asks Dev to wait until the next day. Dev says he cannot wait until the next day. He says that it is urgent, so he has come home. Dhara searches in the kitchen and gathers the money she kept in different boxes. She gives Dev twelve thousand and assures him that she will arrange for the remaining funds.
Raavi tries to convince Shiva not to fight and to do any job like Krish and Dev, but Shiva stays firm in his decision. Gautam also leaves to raise money. Shiva decides to fight to earn money. When Krish asks his boss for ten thousand in advance, he gets only two thousand. Krish thanks him and leaves. Gautam works hard and earns five thousand.
In exchange for Chutki’s money, Dhara gives her first earnings from the food shop to Dev and Rishita. Suman asks Dhara not to share the money with her. Then, she asks Dhara to pray to God by placing the money in front of him. Dhara obliges. She prays to God for help. After learning that he has to fight Tony, a very dangerous boxer who can forget boxing rules if he knows he is going to lose, Shiva demands fifty thousand dollars to fight him.
Raavi phones Shiva, who mistakenly receives the call. Raavi overhears everything and becomes concerned. She bumps into Dhara. Dhara says it’s a bad omen. Raavi says she heard Shiva’s conversation. Upon hearing that he is going to fight a dangerous boxer, she asks Dhara to convince Shiva otherwise. As she tries to contact Shiva, Dev returns home and asks Dhara if she has arranged money. She says that she has none, except the money she gave him in the morning. She goes to get something else.
Rishita phones Dev and urges him to get the money as soon as possible. Shiva fights with Tony and gets beaten by him. Here, Dhara gives Dev some money. Dev says it’s not enough. Dev asks Dhara to accompany him to the hospital and persuades the doctor to treat Chutki. Raavi asks Dhara to stop Shiva fighting. Dhara tells Krish to tell Gautam the same.
As Dhara faces a dilemma, she decides to go to the hospital and hopes Raavi will understand her. She leaves with Dev. Raavi believes that no one in the family cares about her and Shiva. Raavi decides to stop Shiva by herself. When Raavi reaches the boxing club, she is stopped by guards from entering. She sees Shiva fighting Tony. The crowd cheers for Shiva as he dominates the fight.
At the hospital, Shiva wins the boxing match. Tony attacks Shiva from behind. He beats Shiva. The latter collapses from his injuries. Raavi goes inside and is shocked to see Shiva lying unconscious in the boxing ring severely injured.
As Raavi rushes Shiva to the hospital, Shweta learns that Pandyas are selling Pandya Nivas and becomes happy to see Pandyas lose everything.
