As Tani falls, Angad rushes to her side, concerned. However, Madhu soon arrives and accuses him of causing harm to Tani. She tends to Tani’s injury while Angad denies any wrongdoing. Inspector Gagan suggests they seek medical attention for Tani’s bleeding. Acting quickly, Angad grabs some tea powder and applies it to the wound in an effort to stop the bleeding. In this moment, Tani grasps his hand and asks who “Simran” is. Veer explains that Simran is their younger sister whom Angad deeply cares for. However, Madhu insists that Angad had actually caused harm to Tani and is now trying to cover it up with feigned concern. In response, Tani clarifies that she was hurt unintentionally as their father was trying to free her from a dangerous situation. Despite the tense atmosphere, Angad maintains that he only wants to help locate his missing wife as he fears for her well-being.
Shamim reveals Rumi’s recent whereabouts, spanning six months. Angad notices a pattern in Rumi’s visits to his own home, Sahiba’s college, and a location outside Ludhiana. Upon comparing it to the site of a plane crash, he confirms the correlation. He is convinced that Rumi must have taken Sahiba there. Despite Sahiba’s persistent refusal to marry him, Rumi persists and forcefully places a garland around her neck. She warns him that his wrongdoing will eventually catch up to him and he will face consequences. However, Rumi counters by threatening Angad with a death penalty for his alleged crime instead. As Sahiba continues to berate him, Rumi urges her to cooperate and brandishes a gun as a warning. To add insult to injury, he takes a selfie with his mother’s photo in the background.
Constable Balwinder and his team arrive at Gagan’s house. He remembers Madhu mentioning that Angad was there, but he assumes she was just pretending not to alert him. While Shamim and Pam chat with Tani, they promise to bring her chocolate next time they visit. However, Balwinder interrupts with his team and immediately questions Madhu about Angad’s whereabouts. She is confused and asks how he knows about Angad. Balwinder reminds her that she had informed him earlier. Madhu quickly denies this and claims that he must have misheard her. Balwinder then notices the two girls and asks who they are. Madhu explains that they are Tani’s school teachers before Shamim and Pam discreetly leave the room. Balwinder then inquires about Gagan, to which Madhu responds that he is sleeping. Suddenly, Gagan manages to free himself from being tied up and yells that Angad is present in the house. This triggers a memory for Madhu as she recalls seeing Angad leaving before the police arrived.
As Angad hides in the car dickie, he heads towards Rumi’s location accompanied by Veer, Pam, and Shamim. His main objective is to find Sahiba and ensure her safety. However, their car is soon blocked by a police jeep. Gagan then proceeds to question Veer, Pam, and Shamim about Angad’s whereabouts, but they are unable to provide any information. With confidence, Gagan opens the car dickie suspecting that Angad may be hiding there, only to discover his gun and a message stating that he will return it once he finds Sahiba and returns to the police station. Meanwhile, Veer assumes that Angad has gone into the jungle in search of Sahiba. Rumi continues with his psychotic behavior as he forces Sahiba to participate in prewedding rituals. Feeling responsible for Angad’s troubles, Sahiba vows to save him at all costs as she plans her escape from Rumi’s grasp.
