The episode begins with Akshara delegating tasks to both Abhimanyu and herself. He expresses concern that Abhir may be keeping something from them. Meanwhile, Abhir takes matters into his own hands and writes a letter to the hospital. Akshara disagrees with Abhimanyu, believing that they should keep the truth from Abhir since Ruhi’s situation is unique. Just then, Abhir arrives and is taken to the park by Abhimanyu. Kairav also happens to be in the area and decides to apologize to Muskaan for his actions. However, upon seeing Muskaan with her friends, he changes his mind and leaves. Muskaan is left feeling sad as she watches him walk away while the song “Ishq hua hai” plays in the background. Abhimanyu accompanied Abhir to the park, but upon arrival, Abhir realized he had forgotten to bring water. So, Abhimanyu kindly offered to fetch some for him. While Abhir waited, he took the opportunity to say a prayer and then headed towards the post box to mail a letter. Concerned about his friend’s well-being, Abhimanyu returned and asked if everything was alright. However, instead of admitting the truth, Abhir made excuses and left. Noticing that Abhir had left his letter behind, Abhimanyu wondered why he had lied and debated whether to give it to Akshara or check it himself. Just then, Ruhi called and they all went home together. Upon their arrival, Akshara and Abhinav were busy decorating the house while eagerly awaiting for Abhir’s return so they could cheer him up.
